Yoon Kye Sang can play opposite Seo Hyun Jin in an upcoming drama!

On November 13, the Korean news agency Ilgan Sports reported that Yoon Kye Sang had been cast as the male lead in the drama “You Are My Spring” (literal translation).

Later that morning, Yoon Kye Sang’s agent confirmed that the actor had been offered a role in the drama, but made it clear that talks were still ongoing and that nothing had been decided. The agent stated, “He’s received a casting offer for [‘You Are My Spring’]. It’s one of several projects he’s currently considering. “

“You are my spring” is described as a drama about three people who lead their adult lives with their seven year old selves in their hearts – and who are all held back by the key word “salvation”. The drama is directed by (PD) Jung Ji Hyun of “Mr. Sunshine, “”Search: WWW, “And” The King: Eternal Monarch. “Seo Hyun Jin is currently in talks to play the female lead.

Yoon Kye Sang is said to have been offered the role of Joo Young Do, a psychiatrist who helps others heal their emotional wounds and find the will to live. However, he himself bears his own scars because he was unable to save his older brother and one of his patients.

The premiere of “You Are My Spring” is currently planned for the first half of 2021.
