Super junior’S Shindong made a surprising appearance in “Battle of the Musicians” as a music video director!

In the wake of KBS 2TV’s new variety show “Battle of the Musicians” on June 20, the performers Lee Sang Min, Kim Yo Han, Song Ga In and Jessi visited SM Entertainment to meet with a music video director who had worked with many SM artists in the past. To everyone’s surprise, Shindong stepped in and introduced himself as a director.

Shindong said, “A lot of people still don’t know that I work as a music video director. This is because I wanted to get confirmation [based solely on my skills]So I worked without publishing my name. “

The singer shared this while shooting videos for many SM artists, including EXO, Red velvetand NCT 127 was most likely his most viewed video Celebrity FiveMusic video for her debut song “I Wanna Be A Celeb”.

Regarding his experience with SM artists, he said: “With EXO, I worked on their comeback show instead of music videos.” He referred to EXO’s comeback with “Obsession” and her impressive performance with two overlapping concepts.

While filming music videos often takes a long time, Shindong explained what he does when an artist has little time. The actors expressed their shock that he could make a video in less than two hours, but he surprised them again by revealing that he had made one of Red Velvet’s music videos in just seven minutes.

Shindong described the production process for Red Velvet’s unique music video “Rebirth” and remarked: “It was shot in a shot with a high-speed camera.”
