The cast of SBS’s “Master in the House” hit viewers with an exciting blast from the past by performing a spectacular music show!
In the wake of the July 19 variety show, the performers continued their journey under the guidance of Lee Jung Hyun, their newest master. After impressing the cast with her cooking skills, the singer and actress instructed members to split into teams of two and prepare to perform a turn of the millennium hit.
To everyone’s surprise, including Kim Dong Hyun himself, Lee Jung Hyun chose the UFC fighter as her partner for the competition. When Kim Dong asked Hyun why she chose him, she replied cryptically, “I have my reasons.”
ASTRO’S Cha Eun Woo and comedian Yang Se Hyung were the first team to appear, and they prepared a powerful cover for CLON’s 2000 hit “First Love”. In the middle of the song, CLON member DJ KOO shocked the other performers with a surprising appearance and accompanied Cha Eun Woo and Yang Se Hyung on stage for their appearance.
Was next Lee Seung Gi and Shin Sung Rokwho tried to reconcile their different opinions when choosing a song. In the end, they decided to play their own song: Shin Sung Rok sang Yoon Do Hyun’s ballad “After Letting You Go” in 1999, while Lee Seung Gi performed rocker Kim Kyung Ho’s hit “Forbidden Love” in 1997.
Finally, Lee Jung Hyun took the stage to play her legendary 1999 song “Change”, and the hypnotized performers commented that their skills hadn’t changed at all in the 20 years since the song was released. Then she ended the show with a funny performance of her 2000 hit “Give Me (Joolae)”, in which she and Kim Dong Hyun both turned into dolls.
The star’s reason for choosing Kim Dong Hyun also became clear: the fighter used his strength at the start of the performance when he stepped on the stage and wore Lee Jung Hyun impressively like a doll.
