Mnets “I-LANDDeleted the second part for the first time.
“I-LAND” is an “observation reality program” that follows the creation of a new group of boys. It is the first project by BELIF +, a joint venture between CJ ENM and Big Hit Entertainment.
When “I-LAND” was broadcast on August 21, the 12 remaining trainees began their BTS test, the first mission of the second part. Last week the 12 trainees announced that they should move on to the second part Sunoo, Daniel, Heeseung, Sunghoon, K., Jay, Jungwon, Jake, Ni-ki, Ta-ki, Geonu, and Hanbin.
For the mission, the group was split into three units that were supposed to cover BTSs “DNA”, “I Need U” and “Fake Love”. After a dance fight, Ta-ki, K and Jungwon took first, second and third place respectively and won titles as team leaders.
Ta-ki was assigned “Fake Love” and chose Heeseung, Sunoo, and Sunghoon. Jungwon, Geonu, Daniel and Jake would play “I Need U” while Ni-ki, K, Hanbin and Jay would play “DNA”. Although trainees should also be graded individually, the victorious unit would receive immunity from elimination.
The first to appear was the “DNA” team, which the other trainees had consistently described as the strongest unit. Following their performance, producers commented, “My eyes feel really refreshed,” and the unit received a score of 287 out of 400.
Before the performance of “I Need U” Bang Si Hyuk “I Need U” is a song that became a great opportunity for BTS. Even performance director Son Sung Deuk cried a lot because of this song. I hope it will be a good opportunity for you too. “
The unit gave it all with a strong performance but Bang Si Hyuk commented, “It’s a bit unfortunate from my point of view. I wish you would think about how the original song is made.” The team received a score of 275.
The last team to appear was the “Fake Love” unit. Although Son Sung Deuk was disappointed with this team when he gave them feedback during their preparations, he praised them for practicing well after seeing their rehearsals. Ta-ki, who first received the role of guide during this test, had a hard time keeping up with his team, but Heeseung was able to elevate and comfort his teammates to an impressive feat.
After her performance, Bang Si Hyuk remarked, “Since I started I-LAND, I’ve really enjoyed today’s performance.” He added, “Today I think Heeseung has shown that he is a really talented person.” To Ta-ki, Bang Si Hyuk said, “You are really good one day and not so good the next. You go back and forth. “Ta-ki replied,” I’m the leader, so I’m upset that I’m not getting great feedback. “
However, the other producers interfered with their own compliments and the team eventually took first place with 306 points and received immunity from elimination for all members.
After all their achievements, they revealed the individual ranking lists and the apprentices who had left the company. They first shared the “Fake Love” team ranking with Heeseung, which was announced as first place. He commented: “I will not be happy with being first and I will work even harder.”
Sunghoon finished third, Sunoo fifth and Ta-ki twelfth, but his team immunity saved him from being eliminated. While he was crying, Ta-ki apologized to the one who finished eleventh, who would then be eliminated in his place.
The final individual placements were:
Though in eleventh place, Geonu was announced as a retired trainee. He commented, “I will work to improve myself. I will rise to a higher place. “
