KBS 2TV’s “Dear.M” has completed its cast!
“Dear.M” is a spin-off of the popular web drama “Love Playlist” and tells the story of the campus-wide search for the mysterious “M”, a person mentioned in an anonymous post at a Seoyeon University online community . The romance drama will follow the changing relationships and budding romance novels between different characters after all the hype about “M.”
NCTJaehyun and Park Hye Soo have been confirmed to play leads Cha Min Ho and Ma Joo Ah. Cha Min Ho is a smart and resourceful sophomore student who comes up with the idea of creating an exciting new app. Ma Joo Ah is a cheerful sophomore business graduate who has never had a boyfriend and who, because of her generosity and curiosity, constantly interferes in other people’s affairs. The two sophomores are childhood friends who have been BFFs for 12 years.
Bae Hyun Sung will return in his role as Park Ha Neul from Love Playlist and Noh Jung Ui will his love interest play Seo Ji Min. Kim Sae Ron, who originally played the role of Seo Ji Min on “Love Playlist”, stepped down from “Dear.M” after previously choosing to play in it.
UP10TIONs Lee Jin Hyuk will play Gil Mok Jin, a sophomore psychology student who dated Cha Min Ho and Park Ha Neul. Woo Davi takes on the role of Hwang Bo Young, a 24 year old freshman who is like an older sister giving love advice to Ma Joo Ah and Seo Ji Min.
Choi Ro Sa, the vice-captain of the Seoyeon University cheering team who went to high school with Seo Ji Min, is played by Hwang Bo Reum Byul. Lee Jung Shik will be Moon Joon, a cute guy who has good leadership skills and is a role model for his juniors. CLCEunbin will play Min Yang Hee, a major in computer engineering, with Cha Min Ho, and Jo Joon Young will be the carefree but serious Ban Yi Dam.
For “Dear.M”, screenwriter Lee Seul of “Love Playlist” collaborates with Park Jin Woo, the director of KBS ‘two-part musical drama “to. JennyAnd Seo Joo Wan, the director of “I hate going to work” and “Love revolution. ’”
