Mnet’s “CAP-TEEN” is a new show that searches for the next teenage K-pop star and invites participants’ parents to get direct feedback from the show’s jury.
The newly released posters for the show said, “Do you have a mom to be a singer with?” The tagline is a play on words that emphasizes the role of the participants ‘parents’ role on the show, and it can also be translated as “Do you want to make them a singer?” To be read.
When Jessi came to the show as a judge, she said, “I came to Korea alone when I was 15 years old to pursue my dreams of becoming a singer. I will honestly give them the best advice in my own style as I can relate to the teenagers taking up the challenge. “
She also talked about working with singer Lee Seung Chul. “It’s such an honor,” said Jessi. “I haven’t had many opportunities to meet Lee Seung Chul, but I want to get closer to him through this show.”
This year Jessi was busy releasing her new mini-album with the title track “NUNU NANA”. She is currently in tvNs “The Sixth Sense”, MBCs “How do you play“, and more.
Premiere of “CAP-TEEN” in November.
